Whether you’re adjusting to life changes, managing stress and anxiety related to family, friends or school, or dealing with depressive thoughts and feelings - starting therapy is the best choice you can make. I strive to create an environment where you feel safe, heard and most importantly; a space where you feel like YOU.
My background experience includes working with children, teenagers, young adults and families in a variety of settings including residential, schools, sleep-away camp and community mental health. I utilize a trauma-informed, strengths-based perspective to individualize one’s therapeutic needs. Together, let’s identify the tools to help you and/or your child navigate the complexities of life and build upon your existing strengths.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW 73369) with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California (go Trojans!) and a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Family Studies & Human Development from the University of Arizona (Bear Down!).
