I am a Los Angeles native and an Associate Clinical Social Worker with an MSW from USC, and a BA from the University of Colorado Boulder—Go Buffs! I have received clinical training from Maple Counseling Center, Pacific Clinics, SHIELDS for Families, and Pain Psychology Center.
I know how overwhelming it can feel to navigate your identity, emotions, and other people’s expectations. As your therapist, my goal is to create a comfortable, authentic space where you can show up exactly as you are. No pressure. No judgment. Just a place where you can breathe, explore, and feel heard.
My approach is warm, relatable, and practical—I blend components of CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and somatic techniques to offer both insight and real-life tools. With these approaches, I can help you challenge unhelpful thoughts, decrease worry, and tune into what’s really going on beneath the surface.
Most of all, my hope is that our work together helps you feel understood, empowered, and more confident in who you are.
When I work with children, my goal is to create a space where they feel safe, comfortable, and free to be themselves. Kids express their feelings in so many different ways, which is why I use play, art, movement, and simple coping-skill activities to help them share what’s going on inside—without pressure or judgment.
Whether a child is navigating big feelings, struggling with behavioral challenges, coping with anxiety or trauma, or simply needing a supportive outlet, I meet them with warmth, patience, and genuine curiosity. Together, we explore their world in ways that feel natural and fun, while building tools they can use at home, at school, and in everyday life.
I partner closely with caregivers to understand what’s happening beyond the therapy room, share insights, and offer strategies that support the child’s growth. When we all work as a team, kids feel supported from every angle.
My hope is that each child leaves feeling more confident, more understood, and more capable—one small step (or piece of artwork, or moment of play) at a time.
I genuinely love working with teens and young adults as they navigate the messy, confusing, and meaningful parts of growing up. Life can feel overwhelming—whether you’re dealing with anxiety, school or work pressure, relationships, identity questions, or just a sense of being stuck. My goal is to create a space where you can be real and feel understood.
I show up to sessions as a real person—warm, down-to-earth, and genuinely curious about your world. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to talk about the things you don’t usually say out loud, and supported enough to try new ways of thinking, coping, and being.
In our work together, I’ll help you slow down, make sense of your experiences, and build tools that fit you. I draw from evidence-based approaches, but I also deeply trust humor, authenticity, and your own inner wisdom. My style is collaborative: I’m here to walk with you, not to tell you who to be.
